User Agreement

1. Agreement to These Terms

This User Agreement applies when you download, access, or use an app or service published by Snipet Anto. By using a Snipet Anto product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

2. Using Our Apps

Snipet Anto publishes casual games and utility apps. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms, the rules of the platform where you obtained them, and applicable law.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to accept these terms where you live. If local law requires a parent or guardian to approve your use of an app, you may use Magic Paws only with that approval.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the app’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to related systems, use automated tools to manipulate the app, distribute malicious code, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

Snipet Anto apps, including their software, visual design, artwork, text, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Snipet Anto and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The app may display advertising or connect to services operated by third parties. Their content, availability, and data practices are controlled by those parties and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the app.

8. Availability and Updates

We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise that every feature or version will remain available indefinitely or work on every device.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict access to the app where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Disclaimers

Our apps are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties that an app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Snipet Anto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms as the app or applicable requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date. If you do not accept an updated agreement, you should stop using the app.
